Today Adam and I realized our 14 week old baby is the size of a large Lemon!! We also noticed that as I’ve been growing around the waist our dog Lily has been growing too!!
You’re probably wondering what you’re looking at?? That’s Lily’s belly (rolls and all). They say the husband usually gains sympathy weight while his wifes pregnant, but in our case it’s our dog. We’re working on a diet and exercise plan for her currently!
When my parents were expecting my youngest brother Aaron they drew a picture of our family with a new little baby in it. I can’t remember for sure, but I believe Kyle and I were excited. So, Adam and I tried this tactic with our children, I mean dogs, Lily and Molly.
We didn’t get the response we were hoping for. Lily told us she was concerned that there won’t be enough food in the house with another mouth to feed. And Molly said she’s scared we won’t have enough time to throw her toy once the babies here. Lily’s concern is obviously not valid but poor Molly, we may have to check her into doggy rehab.
